If the Steamly Pro isn't right for you, you have 30 days from the day it arrives to send it back. Get in touch through our contact page and we'll reply with return instructions.
Please send the unit back in re-saleable condition with the 12-piece attachment kit included, in its original box where possible. Once it reaches us we'll refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5 working days.
Return postage is paid by you, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect — in that case we cover the postage and refund you in full, including your original delivery charge.
None of this affects your legal rights. Under UK consumer law you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, and faulty goods can be returned beyond our 30-day window.
